1. These terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to bookings and services provided by The Singing Psychic (“we”, “us”, “our”), led by Amanda Seal.

By booking a service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.

2. Our services

We offer singing, mediumship, spirit drawings and sound-bath experiences, online and in person.

All services are available to clients aged 18 and over only. By booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Mediumship and spiritual services

Mediumship, psychic guidance and spirit drawings are offered for spiritual guidance, personal reflection and entertainment. Experiences and interpretations are personal and subjective; no particular outcome, communication or result can be guaranteed.

Our services are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, therapeutic or mental-health advice. You remain responsible for your own choices and decisions. If you have concerns about your health or wellbeing, please contact an appropriately qualified professional.

4. Bookings and payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment or place.

A booking is confirmed once payment has been received and we have confirmed the date, time and service with you.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to change your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. We will do our best to offer a suitable alternative date or time, subject to availability.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before an appointment are not refundable. Rescheduling may still be offered at our discretion and subject to availability.

If we need to cancel or rearrange a session, we will offer you a new appointment or a full refund.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. Where a booking is made online, by phone or away from our premises, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days. If you ask us to provide the service during that period, you may be required to pay for any service already provided. If the service is fully performed during the cancellation period after your express request, you may lose the right to cancel.

6. Sound-bath health and wellbeing

Sound baths are intended as a relaxing wellbeing experience and are not medical treatment.

Before attending, you must consider whether participation is suitable for you. If you have a health concern — including epilepsy, pregnancy, hearing conditions, implanted medical devices, acute mental-health concerns, or any other physical or psychological condition — please seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional before booking or participating.

You must tell us about any relevant concern before the session. You participate at your own risk and must follow all reasonable instructions given during the sound bath. We may decline or stop participation where we reasonably believe it would not be safe or appropriate.

7. Recording sessions

Clients may record their own sessions for personal, private use.

Recordings must not be shared, published, sold, edited misleadingly, used commercially or uploaded to social media without our prior written permission. You must not record another client or attendee without their express consent.

8. Respectful conduct

We ask all clients to treat Amanda, other clients and venues with respect. We may end a session, or refuse entry or future bookings, where behaviour is abusive, threatening, disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate. In these circumstances, no refund will be due.

9. Intellectual property

All materials, music, artwork, recordings and content created by or for The Singing Psychic remain our intellectual property unless we agree otherwise in writing.

A spirit drawing created for you is for your personal enjoyment. It must not be reproduced, sold, used commercially or published without our written permission.

10. Liability

We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. However, we cannot accept responsibility for decisions you make following a session, for circumstances outside our reasonable control, or for indirect loss arising from use of our services.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

11. Privacy

We will use your personal information only to manage your booking, deliver the service and communicate with you about it. Please contact us at hello@amandaseal.com if you have questions about how your information is used.

12. Complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us at hello@amandaseal.com. We will aim to resolve your concern fairly and promptly.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in force on the date of your booking will apply to that booking.

14. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer law allows you to bring proceedings elsewhere.
